Our Community Partnerships

• Al-Anon

  • The Al-Anon New Beginnings Family Group meets at Zion Lutheran Church each week on Wednesday mornings.

• Apple Tree Preschool

  • Our lower level is home during the week to Apple Tree Preschool, Inc., an independent preschool serving local families.

• Boilermaker

  • Zion Lutheran Church supports the Boilermaker by providing a hospitality tent and parking each year for Utica’s premier road race. All proceeds collected are given to local food banks.

• Food Banks

  • Zion Lutheran Church supports many local food banks throughout the year, including those within the City of Utica, surrounding communities, and rural communities. Support includes food donations and grocery gift cards.

• Tina’s Violin School

  • Our education wing is home during the week to Tina’s Violin School, an independent music school providing violin lessons to school-age children.

• Other

  • Throughout the year, Zion Lutheran Church provides meeting space for a variety of community organizations, including Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Your Neighbors, and others.
